Where are your products from?

We thoughtfully source our products from Japan. 

Where do you ship from?

We're southies! We ship all orders from Parañaque City.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees range from ₱85.00 to ₱234.00, depending on your location in the Philippines. Orders over ₱2,500.00 enjoy free nationwide shipping. We ship via GOGO Express.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days if you’re in Metro Manila or the Greater Manila Area, and 5–9 business days for Visayas, Mindanao, and other areas in Luzon.

Please note that while our shop accepts orders anytime, we process and ship orders on business days only. We don’t process or ship on weekends—we can all use a little break. 😊

Do you allow store pick-up?

Yes! We'll notify you once your order is ready for pick-up. You may then book your preferred courier (Grab or Lalamove) to collect your order. The delivery fee will be at your expense. Same-day pick-up is subject to availability.

What are the modes of payment?

We currently accept manual payments via GCash and UnionBank.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email with your Order Number, total amount due, and a link to our payment instructions.
